Anyone who works, or wants to work, at a tech company in Australia or New Zealand, in any role and at any level from graduate to CEO: engineers and data people, and just as much product managers, designers, recruiters, account executives, marketers, customer success, finance and legal teams, chiefs of staff and executives. Recruiters looking for their own next job are welcome too. It isn't a tool for employers or recruiters to hire with.

Not yet. It searches for jobs in Australia and New Zealand only. It's built around tech companies, and you can choose to rank jobs purely by role instead. A job title that isn't on our lists still works.

No. It never sends an email, a LinkedIn message or an application for you. Your agent writes drafts; you review each one and send it yourself. Open in Gmail opens a draft in your own Gmail with everything filled in, and you press Send there. You apply on the company's own site.

The AI set up for your job search. It works from your target roles, your preferences and your career notes: it writes your searches, scores each job, asks the questions, tailors your resume and drafts your messages. AI can be wrong, so review everything before you send or use it.

We store what you give us (your sign-in email, preferences, target roles, resumes, career notes and answers), what the product makes for you (scores, drafts, tailored resumes, your pipeline), and records of what it cost to run. We use it only to run the product for you and to run the pilot.

Your agent is AI. To read your resume, score jobs and write your notes, resumes and drafts, the parts of your data each task needs are sent to our AI partner of choice, which processes them and sends back the result. Job ads come from job boards such as SEEK and LinkedIn, and business contact details from Apollo. Business contact data is never resold or exported in bulk.

Yes, at any time, in Settings. Export my data downloads a ZIP with everything that's yours, including your career notes. Delete my account removes everything that's yours, your files and sign-in included. Job ads and company details are shared between users and stay, without your name.

Only if you want it to. A morning email with your new matches and anything waiting on you is off until you turn it on in Settings, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Sign-in links come by email if you sign in that way.
