Job Spotter started as a small project to help a team of laid-off tech workers find their next roles. Now it's for anyone at any tech company in Australia and New Zealand. The first pilot group uses it free.
The idea is simple: give every job seeker what an executive recruiter would do for them. Find the right roles every morning, tailor the resume to each ad, and find the people to ask for a referral before applying, with the messages already drafted. You stay in charge and send everything yourself.
